You failed the test.
Unhook the crankcase vent from the intake. Take it out on the road.
When you return, then try the same test you did with the crankcase vent
still unhooked. Oil feeding into the compressor will be blown out.
(GIGO) or (OIOO)
The oil separation in the valve covers go bad and there is apparently no
fix except a new valve cover. (cheep prastic stuff under the rivited
cover.)

I am working on a 300sdl that runs like crap till fully warmed up and
smokes like hell until warmed up, then it does not seem to smoke as
much. I have new Bosio nozzles I was getting ready to start putting in
it as I suspect there are several bad ones so I pulled the crossover
pipe and had more oil in it that I consider normal. I started it up
and held a newspaper over the turbo outlet and revved it up enough to
spool up the turbo and ran it for about 10 seconds and got this result
you see in the photo. Oil is spraying out. Supposedly the turbo was
replaced to cure this problem but did not cure the problem. I thought
they got another bad turbo on it. I think I need to go ahead and round
up another turbo around here and swap it out.
