Yeah that would be good but it would still get wet and soaked and flooring would take the hit, but at least the underlayment wouldn't rot away. I put some of that on my little kayak trailer (it was a little jon boat trailer I modified) for a deck and it is still holding up after 7 or 8 years.

Unless you know something better that is the best I know of.  But yeah, it is 
all kinda crap if you start getting water involved, but the glues and coatings 
on Advantech will help it resist better.  I have had scraps laying out in the 
weather for a year or more and it is still intact, so there's that.
