Advantech and OSB sheathing are different but any wood product will succumb
to chronic wet.  The floor I had to replace was 1x12 SYP T&G (at 45 degrees)
under solid oak flooring.  I don't know how long it was wet but I could pull
up big chunks with just my fingers.
