Some hardwood planks do not stand up to water very well either.
Cedar or Redwood or Cypress probably if it needs to be rot resistant.

My home has OSB as the floor and roof sheathing and was built in 1981. No issues with the OSB so far.

On all of these products, cutting them compromises the coating at the cut.
