Out by me, the state tries to rapaciously gather funds when you register the car, but after that you are scott free. No annual anything. Some limitations on usage, but I seem to be able to gather some good mileage over the past half year. The SL lives in the garage and does not go out much, the SDL gets the miles to rack up
