Pull the top rear of the drivers door out just enough to get a straightened 
coat hanger onto the inside door lever?

I have also seen a length of cord with a loop in the middle insinuated through 
the door to body gap and activate the door pull.

Subject: [MBZ] locked out w124 sedan

Through a convoluted combination of diff swap and home renovation, keys
went missing with the spare set locked inside the car. Now it needs to move
out of the garage for the drywall guys. Which is the preferred window to
break? Other ideas? Could tow it out and hope to find keys I suppose.
