You first got to determine if he's a Republican or Democratic groundhog since everything in the Washington area is either Republican or Democratic. If he's a Republican groundhog, you can catch him, take him out in the woods somewhere, and he'll make his own living in the wild. But if he's a Democratic groundhog you might as well resign yourself to feeding him the rest of his life.
