There is no handle gestapo. Some places to their own thing. Like
British Peetroleum using green for Benzine in place of Dizzel. That
joint probably has used blue for water (Boat) gasoline for years. E15
was only finally approved (by the greenie weenie obummer EPA) a couple
years ago.

These handles must have been black then. I didn’t really get that
close to look.
