It's funny, as I rarely have any kind of acid reflux issues, but in the past 
year or so I've found that pizza sauce really sets me off if I have pizza for 
dinner. About 1-2 AM I'll wake up in full on acid in the throat/mouth yuck.

We now order pizza with either light or no sauce.
