Saw an interview with the two "sailors". They supposley had a year of
food supply's
on board.
I guess you do that when you don't know how to navigate.

And yes, people are quite stupid. They should have been able to get to Tahiti
with automatic sailing if they had any idea of what they were doing, and you
should NEVER undertake a trip like that if you cannot do open ocean
navigation.....
