Unfortunately, no.  It uses Dropbox for storing the data and synchronization.  
I really like that aspect of it as I can enter my data on one device and the 
others are automatically updated.

The developer is great and very helpful.  He converted a boatload of records I 
had from Gas Buddy over for me when I signed up.
