Wife came home with a bottle of 65%avocado and 35%olive oil yesterday. We tried it today for mushrooms to accompany the steak, and I couldn't tell the difference between it and the 50/50 butter/olive oil she usually does. It was on sale for just a little more than the usual olive oil.
