I *think* I found the setting to go into plain text. Yahoo is supposed to reply in whatever format its received which I think is rich text, apparently the listserv doesn't like getting what its giving out... ;)
Anyway lets see if this one works. As an aside I plugged in the ASV at 8:30am. Normally I'd wait until this afternoon but we're going to be out all day. I had to leave the truck running and put my IR thermometer on the dash for a few minutes to let it warm up, the display was frozen when I got there. Then I pulled the engine cover to look for the oil dipstick, I couldn't find it but by the time I got it back together the thermometer was thawed and the block heater was reading 95F. I don't know accurate it is, the frame rail read 17F, my home thermometer read -6F but as long as the temperature delta is accurate I'm probably okay. -Curt On Sunday, January 7, 2018, 1:59:30 AM EST, fmiser via Mercedes <mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > Curt wrote: > How did you get the formatting to stick? The listserv seems to > hate Yahoo mail... Listserver, like a proper email server does NOT like HTML formated email. Try sending as "plain text" I found this instruction site. I cannot vouch for it's accuracy. May not even be the right version. http://www.freeemailtutorials.com/yahooMailTutorials/sendEmailsAsPlainTextFromYahooMail.php _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
