Title also gives them a document to give to their insurance company.
Neither the owner or the finance company can legally move a commercial
truck without an insurance binder in place. Tain't legal.....

As for a copy of the title... Make a copy of the front.. then in black
ink... in an open area, write in bold letters "COPY" and then fax it to
them... Kikos/FedEx will handle a fax for you, as well as do the copy...
The original title will have state watermarks that can not copy.. You
should be all good..
