In theory, I should be able to bid on the MI clear titles and not on the MI clear title dealer only cars. But it doesn't work that way in practice, even though I overheard one of the counter gals telling another customer that he could bid on any car that was CT.
But what about a MI clear title car that I can bid on one day and not bid on another day, which is the case with the SL500 I was talking about?
