It's an unfunny joke. This uninformed youth on a Facebook group converted a 
300D from automatic to stick, and mismatched the driveshaft halves to make it 
work. He claims that it doesn't vibrate...

I guess the kicker is, he thinks he is right.

Prime example of the Dunning Krueger effect.

I don't buy it.  If plugging the halfs together a couple of teeth off causes 
vibration, how can it not matter?
