Yes I checked them and wiggled them all. But here's the thing: there is no fuse labeled "starter". I am not sure, given that all dash lights are on when key is turned on, that there is any fuse failure that could produce this symptom. The key energizes a relay somewhere when turned to start position. If the switch has any power at all, I assume the fuse is good, whatever it is called.
