So...this dude told me “I replaced the starter I didn’t have enough money to replace the flywheel. Catches on one spot on the flywheel. The car starts good.” What can I glean from this statement? What is happening here? It has 253K miles on it he said. What would i be looking at having to do if I picked this up?
