It was Rabbit, not Beetle, to match the EV. Front half, and with a Cabrio tailgate grafted on to the pusher/trailer. Looked like a very practical arrangement, a permanent tailwind.
I think one of those receiver-hitch luggage carriers with a nice little rope-pull genny in it would make a nice statement on a Tesla. I doubt that any of the new EV's could make use of, or even tolerate, its presence in any kind of functional sense.
