Ok, One more clue. Turned the fan to auto, the PB to EC, and let it
stabilize. After the blower slowed down, I put a 1 x 1 square of
kleenex
over the louvers in front of the sunroof switch. That is the only
thing I
can find on the roof that looks like an air intake. The kleenex falls
down
unless i hold onto a corner. I am guessing the aspirator fan is dead
for
starters.
Probably, which results in the same sort of spastic temperature
control as a rotted foam hose on a 107 or 123. But it is also possible
that the hose is merely unhooked from the sensor or the aspirator,
which in fact was the state of things when I got our SDL.
