Ok, the aspirator motor is fine. THe rubber hose has deteriorated to the
point it showws checking. on the outside at the motor end, but it does not
seem to be broken through. More confusing obfuscation.
Fuses are ok.

Probably, which results in the same sort of spastic temperature
control as a rotted foam hose on a 107 or 123. But it is also possible
that the hose is merely unhooked from the sensor or the aspirator,
which in fact was the state of things when I got our SDL.
