USA gasoline inventory has been monotone decreasing for a while now.
I can't remember the last time the official inventory number went up,
but it was months ago.
This morning I saw that diesel and regular unleaded had converged at
$2.899, at the USA Mini Mart in Renton. First time I've seen the two at
the same price since I moved out here in August. That's pretty steep,
but at least I'm not paying a penalty anymore. FWIW, last I checked
B100 was running at $3.20/gallon in Tacoma. Ouch!
