He said he lost it in a move, but he has it in his name, was registered
and all. I can look up the tax info, will have his info. I'm gonna
send him the form, then will stay on him to deal with it. He seems like
an OK kid, just in a world of difficulties right now, couldn't afford to
deal with the car so just wanted some cash to get going. I hope I'm
reading him OK but I think so.
