He would have to read the law, as I suggested earlier. I have no idea
what SC laws are, but in IA, the landowner can secure title for a
vehicle abandoned on their property. Otherwise it has to done through
a tow company.
Tow companies require a license and bond in most places, again, I have
no idea what the law is in SC, thus, Floyd needs to read the law.

Would that be accepted if he is not a towing company? Does a towing
company require a specific licence?
