At minimum, that’s correct. The Ody did the job with 4 adults, two kids in car 
seats and two 80LB service dogs, but my big Goldendoodle pup will be much 
larger at over 100LBs which wouldn’t leave much room for me in the back. The 
Sprinter can be configured with as many seats as necessary or have seats 
removed to accommodate  2 crates for the pet puppies. Last summer when we took 
the Ody to the lake with the stand-up paddle boards, gear and provisions for 
the day, there was no room for me. Luckily, a friend was also able to go, so I 
had a seat in her car. A Sprinter could swallow the gear with no problem, and 
with the fuel economy of the Diesel engine, it would cost nearly the same to 
operate.
