not an attorney, but my opinion FWIW:
IN light of other goings on in our "society" I'd say one frustrated liar
talking to another liar. Hook has a paucity of adjectives in his
vocabulary.
"What do you call 20,000 lawyers drowned at the bottom of the ocean?"
"A good start"
But I still like the quote of a guy I went to high school with , who ran
a grain elevator at the time, and later became a deputy sheriff:
"I want open season, no bag limit on lawyers."
