SWMBA passed the bar in a number of jurisdictions. I used to read the Discipline section of their publications to see who had stepped into it and how badly. There were always a number who just lost their way. And then there are the egregious ones.
There are a number of lawyers on the ground. Most are working low wage jobs, in keeping with their moral compass, qualifications, or will soon be ambling off to assume another line of work. Law schools graduate a high number of women, but the gals fail to lean in and end up dropping onto the mommy track or starting a cupcake business, more in keeping with their need for work/life balance.
