The more pressing issues seem to be freezing up of drain lines in the -50c weather the past weeks. Folks keep flushing until it all burbles up in the wash tubs. One story was of a poor wench who would drive across town to her work place to use facilities. She grew up in a “dry” cabin with outhouse. Now she has a porta-potty until her lines can be cleared in the spring thaw. Many others suffering the same fate.
