12 double shots of Lavazza espresso
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla
10 cups of skim milk

That’s my morning beverage, made in bulk. I drink a good sized tumbler of that 
as soon as I get up (after I’ve fed Kitty, of course!)
