I recognized the Cornwell name from the Cornwell tool truck which visited
The Shop in Moriarty several times when I was talking with the guys there.

How does one tell if a specific brand is still good stuff?

I would be greatly unhappy, too. My initial uses will be three: our '93
E300D, our '00 Kenworth W900, and a small Frigidaire freezer (which uses
R-134A!) we bought in 2008.
