I'm in Winnipeg. Gasoline prices are going down slightly but diesel is going up. $1.07.4 on the pump sign I can see from my office for one liter of regular. That is generally discounted something like .04 so about $1.03 or thereabouts. Diesel on the other hand is about $0.96.9 and there is no discount allowed at the cashier so getting to be pretty close to the same price. A week ago or so, diesel was about $0.10 lower.
