We are now having the fun of weeding thru idiots wanting to rent the
house. Most idiots come from fakebook. Rent is $1750 per month, $1750
deposit. Amount due before move in would be $3k. Yesterday somebody says
they will have $1k on the 30th and will have to pay the rest out. Uh, no.
Today somebody sends me a message asking if it is still available. I reply
yes, what is your question. Their question is why has not not been rented
yet. I reply, because a lease has not been signed yet. Crickets. There
are tons of messages asking if it is available, then nothing. Why are
people such total and complete morons these days?
