Kaleb, The only source for serious dilution is the IP. You may have an issue with the pump itself or more likely, the fuel pump that's bolted to the side of the IP has a cracked diaphragm.

I started it up again stone cold and it fires right up, and runs MUCH smoother than when warmed up. Idles ok with just a little bit of a miss.
