I don’t know about triglycerides 

White bread is not particularly good for you. Go with whole wheat or 
multi-grain which tastes better anyway.  White bread is just blah.  Costco sell 
this 21 grain bread that is really good. I’ve seen it in grocery stores too, 
Dave’s is the brand I think. Any refined flour products are no bueno. 

Sweets are a Saturday treat, the rest of the week fruits and such are your 
friends. 

It takes a little while and some discipline to change your habits, mostly 
overcoming inertia and addiction to sugar, but it’s not really too hard if you 
substitute treats and reward yourself on Saturday. 

Lots of fruits and veg and very little mammalian meats and minimal simple 
carbs.
