No not really, no reason too. I’d snatch that up right quick for $1k, maybe go $1200. I doubt it’s the bags or struts, probably the pump or distribution block or relay, maybe some bad sensors or nanny. In any case a scanner would point you in the right direction. I’d go there with a scanner, find all the codes in the suspension then squawk about how bad it all is….
Buy it for less then jumper the relay to get the pump going and watch the pressure in the system. If it doesn’t get pressure then it’s likely the pump $140. Drag it home then and start going through it. If it does need struts/bags you could still come out ahead on a flip. And they are actually pretty easy to change too. Seriously you should get that, beat the guy down then haul it home. I can share my knowledge and get you the info you need. The work is not hard as long as you have a jack and stands, stuff is not hard to get at. Says the guy who’s fixing to go out and try to get a E500 unslammed….
