My AZ real estate friends stop short of saying the bubble is bursting. Low interest rates and the fact that prices were ridiculous in the first place, supported by the hemorrhage of people out of California into AZ thinking the prices were good deals, propped the market up in stupidville. Now, interest rates edging up and suddenly less people landing in AZ on their exodus from Cali has caused “a correction”. I still don’t feel I want to but anything here because I don’t want to direct that large of a chunk of my retirement dollhairs to a dwelling. AZBob Sent from Mail for Windows From: Curt Raymond via Mercedes I don't know that the bubble is bursting, more like the wave is receding. As that cheap financing goes away you don't see the mad rush so much anymore. -Curt On Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:34:39 AM EDT, mitch--- via Mercedes <mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: Has the bubble burst in AZ?
