We have the programmable T-stat set to 80 during the day, and 74 at night.
When it's over about 95F out, I set the fan to constant - keeps the house
comfortable as long as you don't wear a shirt. All the ceiling fans are on
also.

New truism: "Quality of life is inversely proportional to the amount of
clothing you are wearing."
