Buy some chest freezers at estate or moving sales and a generator big
enough to run them, stick them in/on a trailer and you're done. I doubt
if you need a trailer big enough to stuff bodies in but I admit I might
be wrong.

Depending on these factors, coolers/insulated containers and dry ice
might work, if you have a convenient source for dry ice.
Otherwise, if it's something that's going to have keep stuff frozen
going down the road, you'll need a self-powered reefer trailer.
