On the old cars (123/116 at least) it's under
the go pedal. (it's the tranny kickdown switch)
A little extra wiring and it can double as the
A/C cutout switch. Some wags have mentioned that
it's pointless to use a throttle cutout on a 240D,
because it would prevent the A/C from ever operating ;-)
