Anybody know of any free program that will convert a plain text file into a pdf file, which can then be read by OCR software?
Any word processor/text editor on any modern platform will do this automatically, or nearly so. I assume this is for testing the OCR software? Note that PDF's are not all bit images, I think they can still contain text. So any random PDF you come up with may or may not actually suit your purpose. -- Jim
