I need to locate a 15 volt 22 microfarad tantalum capacitor,

Does it have to be tantalum?  While common a few years ago they've
largely disappeared.  I know they were relatively expensive, probably
due to the T, but worked well.  They may have been somewhat toxic to
make though.  Also, they have a disturbing trait of sometimes catching
fire, and they actually burn quite well. A tantalum cap can be installed
reversed and survive for quite some time before burning up, it doesn't
just happen at the factory.
