Jim I bought a good iron tip not a gun. I took one look at that gun andsaid no way.
You also need some good solder, and may find that some sort of solderremoval device (I use a Solda-pullit) to remove excess will come in handy.
And do not overlook the paint stripper step. Really. Go slowly, be careful, don't apply too much heat for too long, and be sure to always grasp the iron by the not-so-hot end. Use a damp cotton rag to clean the tip occasionally. -- Jim
