The 560SEL is a great car. The timing chain and valve guide seals should be replaced, I usually do both at the same time. Also replace timing chain guides when doing timing chain regardless of what they look like. The second timing chain will need to be replaced around 100-120k miles. I personally think they wear quicker than OEM.
The hydraulic suspension sometimes gives problems. The most common is a leaking line that runs from front of car to rear. Other than that the car is a W126 gasser and has the same problems as most. Specifically you will need to check alternator brushes every 50k miles. Around 170k you might want to replace water pump. Around 120k you will want to replace guide rod bushings/bearings, tie rod ends, idler arm, shocks, and lower ball joints. Also the sway bar links in rear need replaced about every 100k when you start hearing clicking in rear.
