Kevin, Not sure on the black MB-Tex condition will have to look. The leather ones were purchased for my SEC, I paid a $100 each for them plus shipping. Had them shipped to Portland trucking terminal picked them up they were on a pallet nicely packaged got them to the house unpacked them and low and behold were not for an SEC backs don't fold forward. I was a bit disappointed and the seller would not permit a return so they have been wrapped up in my garage for two years. They are complete motors and all and heavier than heck.
I know I'll be out some funds.......actually have been out the money for a couple so its water under the bridge....had they been for an SEC, they were a heck of a deal.....what do you think they are worth? The parts SD is a different one, the daily driver does not get driven much these days wife was driving the 300CE but now she driving the pick up. Thinking about putting the SD on Craigslist. They are great cars, has about 225K on it now. Cheers, PS You stated in an earlier E mail that your SD handled great in the wind and rain on the trip home, were you driving???????????? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of kevin kraly Sent: Wednesday, November 22, 2006 6:02 PM To: Mercedes Discussion List Subject: Re: [MBZ] W126 seat interchangeability? Hi, Dennis! My seats are grey MB-Tex. However, the covers are good enough to use on other seats that are in better condition. . How much are you asking for either the black seats in your parts SD or the grey leather ones? Kevin in Hillsboro Oregon 1983 300SD 284K miles, Ursula PS. Is the parts SD the same one that used to be your daily driver? If not, how is that one doing? I sure like mine though it would be MUCH more enjoyable with comfy seats. _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new parts see official list sponsor: http://www.buymbparts.com/ For used parts email [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
