Has anyone ever made a cardboard masking "tool" for W123 alloy wheels? It
would be basically a sheet of corrugated with a center cutout the exact size
of the alloy, or maybe slightly smaller so you could stick it under the edge
of the rim and it would stay in place while you sprayed carefree. This
would make repainting so very easy...

It is great to mount a snow tire on and the other one on your spare. Easy
to
switch tires in bad weather and back to regular tires in good weather. Or,
as I did, put
chains on my two spares.
Its easer to change tires that to put chains on. Check on what a new one
costs. I'm asking $65
Shipping weight is 15 lbs
