My dad was personnel director at The Diamond Chain Company, and that's what he did. He could have parked in the executive lot and taken the elevator up to his office, but he chose instead to park in the factory lot and walk the length of the plant each day so employees could approach him and ask him questions, which they did. I'm mighty proud of him for that.

The higher-ups would be required to park the farthest away, and the
lower-downs would get the preferred parking spots. What a simple way to
