When D2 was 3.xx, some normal people were buying 35lb totes at Costco. For the last few years, the Brits have been cracking down on SVO users for tax evasion. When diesel is over £2 SVO is comparatively cheap. (funny note: my spellcheck wants me to change "Costco" to "Caustic")
