upper control arm? I had one fail in <30k. What about the caster bushings? (at the back of the brake support rod)

I think you press the clock/BC button, press "code" (left side of key), turn key to 1, punch in your 4 digit code, press "SET" (right side of button), turn key to 0. I think theres a section "Enhanced Immobilizer" in the manual.
