It was just down the street from me, and the guy was asking $750 for it. I figured it was worth a look. It had a pretty good body though it was in need of fresh paint, and the interior was pretty good other than some cracks in the dash. Then, the fun began. First off, it wouldn't start on it's own, not too good. We did manage to get it running with a little pull down the street. One cylinder was weak at idle, but it seemed OK once it got moving. Oil cap test revealed LOTS of blowby, and while it was idling, it boiled over, not a pretty sight and not a good thing to have happen when trying to sell a car! Needless to say, I "DASHED" right on outta there and didn't buy the car.
