I thought all the Craftsman hand tools were USA products, but I haven't paid attention for ten years or so. 10-15 years ago, I could get very economical, moderately high quality (a small step below Craftsman or S-K) made in USA Stanley hand tools at Walmart. Example, 3/8" flex handle ratchet was $12.96, should have bought two of them, because they were gone a year after I bought mine.
